FREE live workshop exploring how narrative therapy can support
individuals and families navigating chronic medical conditions

While writing my upcoming workbook (June 2026!) for the food allergy community, I expected to create something helpful for others. What I didn’t expect was how healing the process would be for me. Revisiting our experiences, putting words to them, and making sense of them in a new way was more powerful than I anticipated, and it’s something I wanted to share with you as a way to give back to our community.

Join me for a free live workshop exploring how narrative therapy can support individuals and families navigating allergies/celiac or anyone dealing with everyday stressors or mental health challenges.

This session will introduce simple, practical ways to make sense of your experiences, understand the emotional impact of chronic medical illness, and incorporate narrative approaches into your own coping and processing. We’ll also explore creative, engaging ways to involve children in this work so it feels approachable and fun.

Designed for adult patients, parents, and caregivers, this workshop is reflective, supportive, and grounded in real-life application.

No writing experience or sharing required.
